1 steak salmon fillet
1 packet of pak choy (Xiao Bai Cai)
1 packet of sliced shiitake mushroom
1 serving Cha Soba
Salt & Pepper
Cha Soba sauce
Rub a pinch of salt onto salmon fillet, add pepper and Italian herbs onto the fillet.
Grill in oven at 180 degree Celsius for 14 minutes.
Boil Cha Soba as directed in packaging
When Cha Soba is cooked, remove Cha Soba from pan and add ice cubes.
Boil water in a pan.
Blanch Pak Choy in boiling water.
Remove Pak Choy and soak the vegetables in cold water. This will maintain the crunchiness of the vegetables.
Stir fry Shiitake mushroom:
Heat frying pan and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Stir fry garlic until fragrant.
Add in Shiitake mushroom.
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 20ml of water.
Stir fry till mushrooms are cooked and serve.
Soft boil egg:
Boil about 1 cm full of water in a pan.
While water is boiling, add in one egg and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
Remove boiled egg from pan and placed it in a bowl of cold water.
Placed all ingredients into a serving plate and serve.
Serve with Cha Soba Sauce.
