We were so enlivened with the couple who trains together featured in one of the stories last month, we wanted to give you some fitness ideas for you and your signification other this Valentine’s Day.

This no-equipment workout requires great coordination and trust in your partner because you have to support each other to complete the rounds. Don’t worry about getting the details right, just enjoy the company and feel the passion ignite (muscles burning)!

Workout Summary:

  • Couple Sit Ups – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
  • Bicycle Crunch – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
  • Stacked Push Up – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
  • Weighted Squat + Incline Sit Up – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
  • Push Up + Weighted Squat – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
