Inline Skates

Who says exercising is mundane? If you are a fan of inline skating, try this routine to work on your core muscles, glutes and legs. Remember to tuck in your tummy and wear protective gears for safety purposes.

Workout summary:

  • Glute Kickback – 15 Reps on each leg, 3 Sets
  • Squats – 15 Reps, 3 Sets
  • Rollerblade – 1 hour
