Ingredients:

1 chicken thigh

2 ripe avocados

1 ripe mango

Green leafy salad

1 piece tortilla wrap

Method:

Grilled chicken

Marinade chicken thigh with salt, pepper, herb, five spice powder and olive oil. Rub on both sides.

Marinated chicken breast

Place marinated chicken in air-fryer or oven for 30 mins, turning each side every 10 mins.

Tortilla Bowl

Place tortilla wrap on the underside of cupcake tray to create the shape of a bowl like the picture below.

Bake for around 9-10 mins until crisp.

Serve

Dice avocados and mangoes into cubes.

Slice grilled chicken.

Mixed chicken salad, avocados and mangoes together and placed into tortilla bowl. You may choose to add your favourite salad sauce if you wish.
